• These terms and conditions govern all aspects of the Devotee Card including its use, participants (‘you/your’), collection and use of the points and rewards and any offers associated with the scheme.
• The Devotee Card is issued by and remains the property of The Beetroot Tree (‘us/we’) which reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.
• An application form must be completed for the Devotee Card before issue.
• Your Devotee Card is personal to you. It is not transferable to others.
• We do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
• It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your contact details.
• We cannot be held responsible for any contact which is lost, delayed or undeliverable.

Collecting your points

• Point balances are your own and cannot be transferred.
• To qualify for any discounts or offers, the Devotee Card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase of any goods or tickets by you.
• Discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• There may be specific occasions when we add points later at our discretion.
• You do not qualify for points or extra point offers on products or part-products, which you pay for with points.
• Almost everything we sell is included towards your points such as Art Works, Workshops, Art Materials, Space Hire, Café.
• Points cannot be earned or rewards redeemed for:


The purchase of Beetroot Tree Gift Vouchers;
Delivery or postage and packing charges;
Gift wrapping;
Or in conjunction with any other Vouchers or Discounts

 

• We reserve the right to alter these exclusions from time to time.
• Your rewards will be allocated in the basis specified in these terms or others which we may notify you about.
• Your rewards will be calculated on the basis of your qualifying purchases.
• We will not exchange points for cash.
• Points are not given or redeemable under any other circumstances.

What you will get points for.

• One point will be issued for each full £20.00 spend with The Beetroot Tree Gallery. This can include Art Works, Workshops, Art Materials, Space Hire, Café.
• Once you have collected 5 points you will receive a ‘Lucky Dip’ from the Bronze Treasure Chest. You will then have the choice to claim 10% off your next purchase, or to continue saving for a higher reward.
• When you collect 12 points you will receive a ‘Lucky Dip’ from the Silver Treasure Chest. You will then have the choice to claim 20% off your next purchase, or to continue saving for a higher reward.
• When you collect 25 points you will receive a ‘Lucky Dip’ from the Gold Treasure Chest. You will then be able to claim 30% off your next purchase. No carry over of points is possible after this point.
• If you accrue over 25 points on a purchase from the Beetroot Tree, the highest reward issued is equivalent to that of 25 points.

Collecting your rewards

• The redemption of a reward voucher is subject to these terms and any further terms and conditions stated on the reward voucher.
• Your Devotee Card must be presented to us at the time of redemption of any points for rewards.
• Your Devotee Card will be surrendered to us when you claim your rewards.
• Reward Vouchers or discounts are valid for one purchase only.
• Change cannot be given if the reward voucher tendered exceeds the value of the relevant purchase.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Only genuine cards or vouchers will be accepted.
• A reward may only be used by the person named on the card.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We reserve the right to refuse some returned goods e.g. all earrings, CDs, DVDs.
• Returns and exchanges are subject to the normal policy of the Beetroot Tree which is that no return, refund or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are faulty and not fit for purpose. If goods are agreed to be faulty and are by Artists and Makers whose work we have displayed, we will first ensure that the Artist or Maker is allowed time for all reasonable effort to repair or replace the goods before refunds will be considered.
• Where it is agreed that a refund of all or part of a qualifying purchase is to be made, you must present the Devotee Card to deduct the relevant points balance from the card at the time of the refund being issued.
• If you exchange a product for an item of lesser retail value, we will deduct the points difference between the original product and the exchanged product.
• If you decide to cancel an order or not continue with a commission or a booking, any points collected on that order or booking will be deducted from your card.

Data Protection

• In relation to your personal data, we are the data controller.
• By completing the application form for an account or loyalty form you are opting in under the terms of the data protection act thus allowing us to hold your information and use it to develop business between ourselves and yourself.
• This information will be stored securely. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details as stated in the Data Protection Act 1998.
• We will use the information you supply on the application form together with information relating to your transactions, purchases and participation in the reward scheme for the purposes of administering the reward scheme and statistical analysis. We will also use your details for marketing purposes to send you news of special events, offers, promotions and catalogues using the communication methods you selected on your application form or elsewhere.

Changes in Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any of these facilities without notice.

Declining Applications for Devotee Cards and Abuse of the Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to decline to issue a Devotee Card for any reason.
• We reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary, including cancelling your Devotee Card, where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions. If your card is cancelled your points balance will also be cancelled and no voucher or other redemption will be issued in respect of the points balance.
